The quality of life in Boulder is what initially drew me to the University of Colorado and it is this quality of life that inspired me to make my home here! Born in Waitsfield, Vermont I grew up with the mountains as a cornerstone in my life. I was an alpine ski racer with and competed with the US Ski Team’s, Europa-Cup Team in Europe. At the University of Colorado I was a member of the National Championship Team in collegiate mountain biking. Living in Boulder allows me to enjoy pursuing some other passions: raising a family, cycling, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and green building.
